BULK QUEUES IN SERIES WIIH POISSON ARRIVALS AND EXPONENTIAL SERVICE TIME DISTRIBUTION

Abstract

We consider a system of two queues in series with an additional assumption that arrivals in bulk at the first serial channel and service in bulk at the second serial service channel. The mean queue length is obtained by using statistical formula. We have discussed a particular case also.
