The Psychological Life Skills training program stands as an important educational method which targets mental resilience development. Widescale evaluations of PLS education measure its success rate through quantitative assessments of different demographic segments and psychological traits, including patient gender alongside suicidal ideas and family influence and willingness to receive help and total psychological condition. The study data shows statistical improvement in PLS scores in every participant segment (p < 0.05). People who maintained good social connections together with strong self-belief made more progress than others however psychological distress led to reduced improvements. Training programs that combine social support and mental health education produce better outcomes thus requiring their inclusion in psychological training protocols.
